As a Mechanical Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing and presenting accurate cost estimates for projects, analyzing blueprints, and collaborating with engineers, architects, and contractors.

Responsibilities
- Analyze historical cost data to estimate current and future project costs.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and construction foremen to formulate accurate estimates and resolve issues.
- Prepare time, cost, material, and labor estimates from blueprints and project documentation.
- Participate in walk-throughs, pre-bid, and scope clarification meetings.
- Use estimating software for quantitative take-offs and scope adjustments.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Provide support to project managers with takeoffs and pricing changes.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction or mechanical engineering industry.
- Previous estimating experience in sheet metal.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF Viewer, AutoCAD Fabrication, EstMEP, and Quotesoft.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
