- Provide patient care to a primarily geriatric population through the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Direct and guide patient teaching and supervise the activities of ancillary personnel.
- Maintain standards of professional nursing and ensure the delivery of safe, effective care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans.
- Utilize strong critical thinking skills in emergency and critical care situations.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with emergency department experience preferred.
- Background in critical care is a plus.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in MA.
- Required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Preferred: Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
