This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a deep understanding of Singapore’s P&C insurance, who enjoys building strong client relationships and providing customized risk management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Relationship Management : Develop and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique needs to offer tailored insurance solutions.
• Insurance Placement : Analyse clients' risk exposures and recommend the most suitable P&C insurance policies, negotiating the best terms and coverage with carriers.
• Policy Advisory : Guide clients through the complexities of their insurance needs, ensuring they fully understand their coverage options and risk management strategies.
• Claims Support : Act as a trusted advisor during the claims process, helping clients navigate challenges and ensuring timely, efficient resolution.
• Market Expertise : Stay informed on industry trends, emerging risks, and new insurance products to provide the most up-to-date advice to clients.
• Renewals and Adjustments : Oversee the renewal process, manage policy changes, and assist clients with endorsements, ensuring their policies remain aligned with their evolving needs.
• Collaboration : Work closely with insurance underwriters, claims, and internal teams to ensure seamless policy administration and exceptional service.
