Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the Fort Sill / Lawton area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contract requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues
- Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for clients and management
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Experience managing commercial, government, or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management Software (Procore, Primavera, etc.)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site and travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with government contracts and military construction projects
- PMP or other relevant project management certification
- OSHA 30 Certification
