About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a Quality Technician.
- Candidates should be currently enrolled in a junior or senior university program, preferably in engineering or industrial distribution.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for learning are essential qualities for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The primary focus of this internship will be training on CMM measuring systems, data collection, and reporting.
- Interns will also receive general training on the use of micrometers, calipers, blueprint reading, and other quality control tools.
- They will work closely with Operations to ensure seamless data transfer for metric reporting.
- Helping establish inspection procedures for incoming materials is another key aspect of this role.
- Additionally, interns will gain experience in material testing for chemical and physical properties and characteristics.
