The BAS Account Executive will manage client relationships, drive sales, and oversee project execution in Cincinnati. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional aiming for a future leadership position within the BAS division.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimate, bid, and sell BAS construction, service, and maintenance agreements.
- Drive sales of Honeywell, Johnson Controls, and Carrier systems.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to grow service sales.
- Manage projects, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and technicians.
- Attend industry meetings and trade shows to expand market presence.
- Train and mentor sales engineers and technicians.
- Analyse bid performance to refine sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities in schools, hospitals, and public sectors.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by working closely with engineers and architects.
- 5 years in BAS sales, account management, or related roles.
