L M Development Partners LLC, an established residential developer/builder/manager, has an excellent opportunity for a Workforce and Contractor Diversity Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking an individual to assist the Workforce and Contractor Diversity (WCD) team with organizing, planning, and implementing strategy to facilitate opportunities for minority, women, local, and disadvantaged business enterprises during the design and construction of our projects; and for minority, women, local and disadvantaged workers to provide opportunities during the construction phase at L M jobsites. The coordinator will also assist with ensuring compliance with city, state, and federal programs including program requirements, processes, and reporting and assist managers with multiple projects simultaneously.
