Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Project Manager based in South Charlotte, NC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. Daily tasks include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and liaising with stakeholders. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Project Coordination and Project Management skills
- Construction Project Management and Construction Management experience
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
