The Technician Resource Coordinator - Part Time will support the Technician Resource Center with show staffing requirements by coordinating technical labor and travel. They will prepare, maintain and communicate show information and schedules with the Technician Resource Center and other key stakeholders.
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to :
- Assist in maintaining labor database with technician proficiencies and availability.
- Schedule technicians based on show needs as received from Show Services and Technical Services.
- Designate best options to maximize Show Technician’s Schedules. Determine when to schedule Show Technicians Vs Freelance Contract Labor; based on skills, location, schedules, client preferences and similar factors.
- Communicate pertinent show information via email, text, R6, and phone calls to Show Technicians, Freelance Contract Labor and any other required personnel.
- Review Live Event Quotes and utilize database reports to check for accuracy. Work closely with Show Services and other Departments to coordinate show details.
- Opportunities to assist with invoicing and travel initiatives.
Base Salary Range : $ - $ This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
