Position Summary
Performs cleaning tasks for assigned area, following established policies and procedures
Responsibilities
- Dust mops any hard surfaces that need daily attention.
- Mops/Auto scrub when needed.
- Completes any daily planning of stripping and waxing floors.
- Shampoos carpet when needed.
- Clean all equipment used
Weekly Tasks
- Plans daily scheduled rooms for stripping and waxing floors.
- Keeps track of supplies needed for floor care, reports to manager if ordering is necessary.
- Assist with clean up from floods/water leaks.
- Communicate with Management team once a week to discuss any concerns or new business.
Annual Task
- Complete WebEd courses and/or any required training
Requirements
- HSD or GED strongly preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Work requires physical stamina.
- Work requires attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain cleaning equipment.
