Job Description:
- Manage the care of the flower beds and landscaping and report anything out of the ordinary to Supervisor.
- Maintain the grounds to be free of trash and debris
- Be able to work independently when required
- Have at least a minimal comprehension of plant/tree ID
- Knowledgeable in the proper use and care of general landscape equipment
- Keep lawns mowed, sidewalks and curbs edged, and curbs and corners swept
- Maintain all mowing, plowing equipment, gas-powered equipment, and hand tools in a clean operating order
- Maintain hospital owned trucks in a clean and professional manner
- Complete work orders, as received
- Clean work area at the end of the day
- Inspect and report any damage to summer and winter equipment
- Leaf removal
- Snow removal in the winter months
- Complete WebEd courses and other required education
