Position Summary
Under assessment and supervision of the counseling/nursing staff and according to established policies and procedures, performs duties and tasks in a chemical dependency program, maintains clean and safe environment
Responsibilities
- Assist with admission, discharges and transfers of patients
- Performs breathalyzer test, urine drug screens, vital signs
- Transport patients to meetings/activities
- Enters work orders
- Order supplies
Requirements
- Read, write and follow verbal or written instructions
- Maintain CPR Certification
- Documentation Skills
- Work independently and professionally
- Valid Ohio driver's license and driving record
- Word processing skills
