Join us in our mission - dedicated to patient safety, utilizing state-of-the-art technology, and with a passionate team of highly trained and compassionate individuals who strive to improve the health of the community.Position Summary : Performs a variety of donor management tasks and administrative duties for the Development Department.Responsibilities : Maintains donor management software, runs queries and prepares various reportsPrepares and tracks all donor correspondencePosts contributions and funds for the departmentDocument controlCoordinates all aspects of employee giving programMaintains, organizes, and tracks inventory of supplies in storage areaCollects and reports dataCoordinates giving campaignsCreates, maintains, and manages multiple databases, to include preparation of mailing lists and mail program audits for several groupsCoordinates Cradle Roll and Paving Our Future programs, including processing gifts, ordering items, and maintaining inventoryAssists with department events as neededEvenings, mornings, weekends, occasional 12-hour daysAssists with maintaining department dashboardWrites process documents as neededAnswers telephone and follows through with assisting customers, transfers, or recording messagesCompletes all WebEd requirements as assignedEnsures that personal performance reflects the Mission, Vision and Standards of Behavior and Departmental Goals Provides coverage for other staff as neededOther duties as assignedRequirements : Minimum requirement, two years of experience and high school diploma / GEDBachelor's degree preferredStrong communication skills, verbal and writtenAdvanced computer skillsPrioritize and organize work effectivelyExercise discretion, judgment and initiativeAbility to work independentlyLicking Memorial Health Systems is an equal opportunity employer and maintains compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations.
