Position Responsibilities :
- Fill supply orders for nursing facilities
- Conduct interviews, as scheduled
- Coordinate post accident drug screens with Company Care
- Review outpatient wait times
- Observe hand washing and document
- Statistics on OP and COC and submit to Manager
- Check expiration dates on supplies
- Complete Error log for phlebotomy and submit to Manager
- Phlebotomy meeting (as needed)
- Update all forms (Document Control, Care Grams)
- Annual Performance Management
- Revise / review policies and procedures
- Complete WebEd courses and other required education
- Meet with contracted nursing facilities
- Prepare for and participate in Hospital JCAHO inspection
- Competency assessment
- Participate in skills days for hospital and physician offices
- Prepare for and participate in DNV inspection
