Responsibilities:
- Foster empathetic awareness by educating the community about our charity partners and their missions.
- Share our organization’s story in a professional and impactful way to connect with the community.
- Distribute brochures and flyers to raise awareness and educate local residents about our initiatives.
- Establish trust and rapport with community members while promoting our essential message.
- Work with team members to develop effective strategies for educating the community about our charity partners’ core initiatives.
- Accurately accept and record community donations.
- Attend meetings and virtual conferences to remain updated on client charity events and brand awareness efforts.
Requirements:
- Experience in community outreach, volunteering, or community relations is preferred.
- A strong desire and motivation to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
- A degree in marketing, business management, communications, or 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Background in volunteering or community engagement to effect positive change.
- Confident, charismatic, and strong-willed personality.
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to foster camaraderie within a diverse group.
Salary : $48,000 - $58,000
