Overview
LMI is seeking a n hourly Experience Research Designer to lead total customer experience research projects. The candidate will lead small teams to design, facilitate, and synthesize the research.

Design and execute quantitative and qualitative experience research projects from inception to completion
- Set research scope appropriately and integrate into the broader context of the research plan
- Have an expert level understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and recommend appropriate research strategy
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and engagement
- Produce research artifacts including personas, task analysis, paint point documentation, workflows, and journey / service maps
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver & communicate relevant research findings that resonate with cross-functional stakeholders
