LMI seeks a Senior Analyst to support the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in its Enterprise Supply Chain Modernization (ESCM) efforts. The Senior Analyst will assist the team in analyzing existing policies and processes, developing and implementing policy recommendations, preparing for and conducting stakeholder interviews, monitoring and evaluating supply chain performance, and ensuring congruity with the latest supply chain modernization best practices and emerging technologies. These efforts will support VA in modernizing and enhancing policies and processes to improve the implementation of technology, ensuring a better experience for Veterans.

Responsibilities will include:
- Developing policy recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the supply chain, including through targeted interviews with relevant stakeholders to implement these policies and monitor their impact;
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating the performance of the supply chain to identify areas where further improvements can be made, including but not limited to future-state modeling modeling to address future needs in the design of a Veteran-centered health system;
- Developing metrics to measure the success of the policy recommendations and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders, including through presentations and briefing products to update stakeholders on work progress, analytical observations, and recommendations to improve policy processes
- Engaging with a range of stakeholders, including Veterans Affairs leadership, to gather input and support for the modernization efforts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline, including policy, public administration, business
- 3 years of policy experience in analysis, drafting, writing, and/or consulting
- Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance
- Ability to write and communicate clearly in a highly demanding environment
- Ability to work collaboratively and iterate products with a variety of stakeholders
Desired Skills:
- Experience with and interest in the VA and its mission, including policy, governance, and IT efforts
- Master's in Public Policy (MPP), or Master's in Public Administration (MPA) is highly preferred
- Agile, Scrum, and/or Lean Six Sigma training preferred
