Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives and technical support staff
- Oversee RFQs and prepare accurate, competitive proposals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and supply chain
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and engineering firms
- Support regional sales strategies and large project pursuits
- Maintain CRM data and generate sales performance reports
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or science-related discipline preferred.
- Strong technical acumen; ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Proven leadership experience in a B2B technical sales setting
- Familiarity with instrumentation, tank equipment, or PVF products is a plus
- CRM experience (Zoho preferred), along with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities
