Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily operations of construction projects, including roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and painting installations.
- Manage and lead a team of subcontractors, laborers, and crew members, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
- Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and on-site logistics to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure work is completed to company standards and complies with all local building codes and regulations.
- Resolve any on-site issues, providing solutions to problems that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, delays, and any changes to scope or budget.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Review and approve timesheets, work orders, and project-related documents.
- Oversee quality control of roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and painting installations, ensuring that all work is done to meet or exceed industry standards.
- Conduct post-project inspections to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
