Engage in ongoing professional development with a pathway to partnership opportunities . Job Requirements Education & Licensing JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school. Admission or eligibility for state bar licensure in the relevant jurisdiction. Experience 3 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions . Strong written and verbal communication skills . Excellent critical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
