The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience working within nursing homes, including 3 years in a leadership role. This is a key position for overseeing clinical care, staff management, and regulatory compliance while ensuring the highest standards of resident care. Key Responsibilities : Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care and effective operations. Ensure residents receive the best care by developing care plans, monitoring outcomes, and staying compliant with regulations. Ensure nursing services comply with state and federal guidelines; manage inspections and audits. Implement quality improvement initiatives, analyze data, and address patient concerns. Work with the executive team, physicians, and other departments to ensure coordinated care. Qualifications : RN license in NY (required), BSN (required), MSN (preferred). Minimum 10 years in the nursing home industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
