Position : HVAC / R Refrigeration & HVAC Technician

Compensation : $30 - $45 per hour

Schedule :

  • Typical hours : 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (varies by market).
  • On-call rotation every 3-4 weeks; occasional overnight travel may be required.

Requirements :

  • Experience : 1 year in refrigeration, HVAC, appliance repair, or related military service.
  • Certifications (Preferred) : EPA Universal (or Type I & II), CFESA.
  • Location : Must reside within 40 miles of the market.
  • Screening : Background check, drug test (controlled substances only), and driving record check.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Install, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC / refrigeration equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and replace compressors, motors, pumps, thermostats, and controls.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical work, including wiring and calibration.
  • Operate and maintain tools, ensuring safe and efficient use.
  • Keep detailed records of tasks, labor, and materials.
