Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle real estate-related legal matters, including transactions and agreements.
  • Advise clients on industry-specific legal issues.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare relevant documents.

Job Requirements

  • Law degree (JD) required.
  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
  • 4-6 years of experience in real estate law.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Experience with home building-related legal matters.
  • Knowledge of leasing, acquisitions, and title examination.

    • Compensation

  • Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
  • Bonus eligibility with qualifiers.
