What You'll Do
As our Controller / VP of Finance, you will be a hands-on leader, responsible for ensuring financial integrity, implementing best-in-class financial processes, and guiding the company's financial strategy.
- Financial Leadership - Oversee all accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

- Reporting & Analytics - Provide clear, actionable insights through financial statements, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis to support decision-making.

What You Bring
- Education & Credentials - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA strongly preferred).
- Experience - 10 years of progressive financial leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior role (Controller, VP of Finance, etc.), ideally within technology, IoT, or within industrial manufacturing high-growth companies.
- Technical Expertise - Deep understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
- Systems & Tools - Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Infor), advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial modeling.
- M&A Savvy - Prior experience in executing and integrating mergers & acquisitions.
