This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, encompassing tasks such as receiving, processing inventory, quality control, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
Inventory Management :
Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
Maintain organized and efficient storage areas.
Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.
Order Processing :
Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and speed.
Stage, Kit and Configure Mobile Devices, Laptops and other Hardware
Ensure all orders are processed in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
Handle return shipments and restocking items as needed.
Technical Support :
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to track inventory and orders.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues with warehouse equipment and systems.
Assist in the implementation of new technologies to improve warehouse operations.
Collaboration :
Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Communicate effectively with other departments, such as customer service and procurement, to resolve any order or inventory issues.

Requirements
