LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our team.
Location: MacDill Air Force Base, FL
Job Description:
The Quality Control Specialist ensures the effectiveness and accuracy of case management and data entry. This role is responsible for audits, quality assurance reviews, and data analysis to maintain high service standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and Site assist visits to evaluate service delivery.
- Maintain a reduced caseload and support recovery care plans.
- Analyze trends and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Training Coordinator on identified training needs.
- Provide written reports and recommendations for program improvements.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Current recovery care coordinator certification.
- Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
- At least 8 years of related experience as a Recovery Care Coordinator
- Demonstrated experience in managing recovery care coordinator related documentation.
- Subject matter expertise in the Comprehensive Recovery Plan process.
- Expert knowledge of quality assurance principles and tools.
- Familiarity with military case management systems and comprehensive recovery plan processes.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify trends, gaps, and develop process improvements.
- High attention to detail with organizational proficiency.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in quality control measures, metric gathering and analysis preferred
