Physical Therapist Clinic Director
- We have an immediate need for a Physical Therapist (PT) Clinic Director who is seeking a full-time position with an established sports rehabilitation outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will lead clinic operations and team members and manage daily activities.
Job Description
- Lead the clinic team in providing the highest quality care and customer service and manage daily activities using key performance metrics to ensure optimal clinical care is delivered and operating results are achieved.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care, in accordance with the physician orders.
- Develop treatment programs and educate patients to assist in attaining goals.
- Document and record the patient's condition and provide continuous updates to referring physician.
- Serve as a leader, resource and mentor for the staff, students and volunteers.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA accredited school
- State therapy license
- CPR Certification
- BA/BS required.
- Supervisory experience required
- Manual Therapy experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- DPT preferred
