What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Integrity Analyst position at LMS?
LMS, Inc., based in Orlando, Florida, has been integral to supporting Guest Experience Maximization (GEM) operations for Princess Cruise Lines (PCL) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida since 2016.
The GEM team is responsible for monitoring hardware, software, and operations and conducting tests to ensure the functionality required to support PCL Technologies and Experiences.

This position is a full-time, direct hire for an on-site role based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certifications in ITIL, SQL, or related areas are preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical role working with data analysis and privacy and incident management, preferably within a customer-centric environment.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel
- Experience with writing and managing scripts to integrate and automate processes between microservices.
- Proven ability to identify root causes and resolve complex technical and operational problems.
- Fundamental understanding of how to analyze large datasets, curate them to fit business needs and visualize them across a variety of different platforms
- Attention to detail, ownership, and drive to provide high-quality, fully validated work
- Strong communication skills, including spoken, written, and active listening
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and direction
Responsibilities:
- Address guest concerns reported to the Global Sales and Service Call Center by leveraging technical expertise to deliver timely and precise resolutions
- Collaborate with support teams to exchange knowledge about applications, products, and services essential for resolving specific issues
- Maintain comprehensive records of recurring problems and application updates to ensure consistency and reliability in troubleshooting
- Recommend process enhancements to improve workflows, enabling better issue detection, escalation, and resolution to elevate guest satisfaction
- Adhere to established escalation procedures for complex cases, facilitating seamless handoffs to specialized teams to maintain high-quality responses and minimize resolution times
- Handle critical guest data incidents and system escalations impacting the overall guest experience
- Organize collaborative sessions with support teams to identify root causes and proactively prevent guest data-related issues
- Design tools and training resources to streamline guest data issue analysis and resolution processes
- Develop scripts that integrate microservices to identify and address recurring problems efficiently
- Use SQL queries to proactively analyze, quantify, and resolve issues, minimizing their impact
The target salary range is $75k - $90k based on skills and experience.
