What are the responsibilities and job description for the Unarmed Security Personnel position at LMS?
Our assignments require active attention, walking, standing for the majority or entirety of the shift, staying mentally sharp and alert, and being hospitable.
This is a walking unarmed job. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises, enforce rules and boundaries, assist the client in any security needs, be able to be a presence when needed, and also have the ability to be discreet. Someone who has the ability to keep a cool head, be trustworthy, and be friendly.

Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety and security rules and regulations.
- Watch for suspicious persons or activities.
- Visual deterrent for crime.
Requirements:
- Must be physically capable to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift
- Move or lift objects up to 100 lbs.
- Must be capable of climbing steps repeatedly, squatting, kneeling, etc.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications (guard card or willing to obtain guard card is a must)
- Must be able to stay awake on shift

- Previous experience in military, sports, security, law enforcement, or other related fields a plus
- Background in wrestling, mma, judo, jujitsu, or other craft a plus.

- Evening shift

- Weekends as needed
