Position Title Assistant Womens Volleyball Coach Department WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL Position Category Staff Full Time Job Description
The Assistant Volleyball Coach aids in the growth and development of the womens volleyball program and its student-athletes by assisting with the planning and direction of team activities. The primary duty of the Assistant Womens Volleyball Coach is instructing student-athletes in the skills and strategies unique to competition in the sport.

Engage in instruction of sport skills and strategies to develop student-athletes athletically;
Job Duty
Conduct/oversee student-athlete progress evaluation, individual workouts, and study hall;
Job Duty
Participate in the recruitment of student-athletes;
Job Duty
Assist the Head Coach in the overall operations of the program;
Job Duty
Oversee student-athletes while in the weight room and assist with maintaining the upkeep of the weight room;
Job Duty
Develop and coordinate the academic success program for student-athletes in need of academic assistance;
Job Duty
Participate in efforts to collect, analyze and report data for the athletic department as part of the University s planning, assessment and evaluation processes for institutional effectiveness;
Job Duty
Assist in the production of outcomes assessment and long range planning for the athletic department;
Job Duty
Assist with the completion of required institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the University;
Job Duty
Teach up to six (6) credit hours of appropriate University and/or J. Frank White Academy courses, the equivalent thereof;
Job Duty
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach and the Athletic Director.
