Position Title Clinical Education Assistant, PA Program Department Physician Assistant Position Category Staff Full Time Job Description
The LMU Harrogate PA Program seeks an experienced and dynamic Clinical Education Assistant. The Clinical Education Assistant shall provide administrative support in areas of clinical curriculum planning and scheduling, professional correspondence, and assisting the Director of Clinical Education and team in providing organizational and logistical support for the program and students.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma and two years of office experience *excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills; *strong leadership and collaborative skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Two-year college degree or greater; strong Microsoft Office skills.

Assist faculty and staff in the planning, organizing, coordination and execution of departmental events and ceremonies which may include some weekends and evenings (i.e., White Coat Ceremony and Graduation).

Provide support for other program events as appropriate.

Organize and coordinate clinical events (i.e., clinical orientation, pre-graduation activities, End of Rotation and End of Semester).
Job Duty
Committee service (faculty/staff, etc.).
Job Duty
Provide Steering Committee minutes.
Job Duty
Organize and coordinate Curriculum Committee meetings and take minutes.
Job Duty
Organize and coordinate Clinical Team meetings and take minutes (this includes yearly retreat minutes for Clinical).
Job Duty
Provide office support (typing, filing, copying, etc.) as required.
Job Duty
Maintain records and files (track student absences, Student Central File Checklist, etc.).
Job Duty
Build evaluations and send evaluation reminders in Typhon.
Job Duty
Assist in the provision of program exam proctoring as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
