The Graduate & Professional Recruiter for the School of Business provides leadership, implementation, and support for identifying, recruiting, retaining and graduating quality candidates. The Graduate & Professional Recruiter assists School of Business programs with actively recruiting the best and brightest candidates for all graduate and professional programs at Lincoln Memorial University, while promoting an environment supportive of academic success for all undergraduate and graduate candidates. The Graduate & Professional Recruiter serves as membership on the Schools Leadership Team and assessment and evaluation activities for the School of Business.

Responsible for the recruitment of graduate students to the MBA, MSBA, DBA and graduate certificate programs and other school of business programs;
Job Duty
contact potential companies, corporations, industry, healthcare, and nursing home organizations to recruit students to all of the School of Business Graduate programs promoting the LMU School of Business Corporate Partners Tuition Rate Program;
Job Duty
provide contact and call reports to the dean weekly;
Job Duty
Coordinate internal and external outreach, and graduate student recruitment and retention;
Job Duty
provide effective and efficient registration coordination and support for all graduate education students;
Job Duty
encourage positive faculty-student relations;
Job Duty
monitor department/program student enrollment progress and retention;
Job Duty
monitor and managing enrollment of underrepresented students;
Job Duty
devise students on policies that relate to fellowships and financial support for graduate students;
Job Duty
assist the School in creating and maintaining a supportive academic environment for its candidates;

disseminate information about undergraduate and graduate studies in business at Lincoln Memorial University to institutions and organizations in the state, region and nation, or wherever prospective students of high quality are found;

assist the social media coordinator in a manner which promotes healthy program and departmental enrollments;

coordinate recruitment and retention plans and strategies with parallel offices at Lincoln Memorial University, giving special attention to University enrollment and marketing initiatives and opportunities;

serve as the recruitment/retention liaison for the School of Business with other University divisions and offices;
Job Duty
assist Lincoln Memorial University faculty and staff in support of increasing secondary program enrollments;
Job Duty
coordinate faculty recruitment activity and assisting with the provision of appropriate faculty recruitment tools and materials;

develop recruiting materials;
Job Duty
guide the development, monitoring, implementation and monitoring of a unified candidate recruitment and retention plan for the School of Business;
Job Duty
foster and monitoring special intrastate and institutional partnerships for the establishment of candidate recruitment initiatives;

advise the School s leadership team on all options for improving and expanding the internal and external visibility of the School of Business;
Job Duty
promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students, and to the community at large;
Job Duty
promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, and students;

participate on university committees;
Job Duty
maintain proper security for all University files and information and follow privacy procedures at all times;
