Position Title Maintenance Worker / Custodian Department BUILDING MAINTENANCE Position Category Staff Full Time Job Description
The Maintenance Worker / Custodian shall assist the Building Facilities Manager and the Supervisor of Maintenance with all facets related to properties and physical plant operations, mainly at the St. Marys Tower and the other Knoxville Sites as assigned.
Required Qualifications
high school diploma; and *valid drivers license.

include but not limited to the maintenance of All University property

maintenance of all campus buildings

assist with moving furniture and the set up of campus events/special activities
Job Duty
maintenance of the fresh water and wastewater systems
Job Duty
maintain campus lighting
Job Duty
repair structures as needed
Job Duty
perform other duties as assigned.
