Position Overview & Key Responsibilities:
Client Intake, Sales & Scheduling
- Convert inbound leads into scheduled clients through empathetic and effective conversations that get people the help they need.
- Follow up with potential clients who inquire but haven’t booked, encouraging them to move forward.
- Ensure client retention by tracking attendance, reengaging clients, reaching out to inactive clients, and rescheduling as needed.
- Manage the intake process – answer calls/emails, match clients to the right therapist, and handle scheduling.
- Provide excellent customer service – warmly engage with new and existing clients.
- Track client inquiries and conversions using CRM and KPI metrics. We love a data nerd.
Marketing & Outreach
- Manage LMV Counseling’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging content – write blog posts, social media captions, and email campaigns.
- Market our services in local Facebook groups – respond to inquiries and promote LMV Counseling.
- Build referral relationships – stay connected with doctors, therapists, and community partners.
- Track marketing success – monitor engagement & track conversion metrics
Office Administration & Client Support
- Ensure smooth daily operations – keep the office organized, restock supplies, and maintain a welcoming space.
- Support clinicians with scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Track and report performance metrics for client bookings and retention.
Must Have Skills:
- Stellar People Skills– comfortable in listening to people and responding kindly. Ready to give a smile and make the customer feel welcome. confident in closing calls, following up, and keeping clients engaged.
- Marketing & Social Media Savvy – understands how to create engaging content and build online presence.
- Highly Organized – ability to juggle multiple priorities (intake, outreach, admin tasks).
- Sales-Oriented Mindset – confident in closing calls, following up, and keeping clients engaged.
- Tech-Savvy – experience with CRM systems, social media platforms, email marketing tools.
- Mental Health Interest – passion for helping people access therapy services.
Bonus: Prior experience in a mental health private practice, medical office, or customer service role is a plus!
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or GED, college education preferred.
- 2 years of previous customer service experience.
- Previous experience with sales and hospitality is a plus.
- A proven track record of improved sales preferred.
- A strong interest in and commitment to mental health and therapy services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
