We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Nursing Adjunct Instructor to join our academic and clinical team. Duties
- Deliver course curriculum that aligns with academic standards and student needs.
- Utilize learning technologies, including Smartboard, Learndash, and ATI to facilitate effective in-person instruction.
- Design instructional materials and lesson plans that promote student engagement and understanding.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for all students.
- Provide tutoring and additional support to students as needed to enhance their learning outcomes.
- Conduct research to stay current with developments in the field and integrate relevant findings into course content.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
Skills
- Strong background in nursing curriculum development and instructional design.
- Proficiency in using learning technology platforms, particularly Learndash.
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage diverse student populations.
- Experience working directly with nursing students in an educational setting.
