What are the responsibilities and job description for the MNA Instructor - MUST BE A RN - 8am to 4pm shift (5 Days per class) position at LNA Health Careers?
Opportunity for MNA instructors at LNA Health Careers! We are seeking RNs who want to teach MNA courses. The MNA Course requires approximately 1 week of in-person clinical instruction. Students spend 2 weeks in online theory that the instructor will audit prior to class starting. Great opportunity for extra income. Rewarding position.
We are seeking individuals who are compassionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering excellent education teaching others how to become MNAs and provide quality care. We are growing our instructor team and are looking for RNs interested in teaching MNA classes. This role is unique in that we are looking for instructors who are willing to work on a per class basis which gives you flexibility in your schedule. MNA Classes are approximately 1 week in duration and are a combination of online, in-person, and test based curriculum. Training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in NH
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
