Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential leads and understand competitive positioning.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Utilize software for account management, tracking sales progress, and reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Engage in direct sales activities, including presentations and product demonstrations, to showcase our offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience in account management or sales roles, with a strong track record in B2B environments.
- Familiarity with both inside and outside sales techniques; direct sales experience is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using software tools related to sales management and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative in driving results.

Pay: $18.85 - $20.54 per hour
