DESCRIPTION
Foster a mentality of aggressive self-development in Cyber School students (e.g. 17 Series MOS),
Delivery of approved instruction to students for each lesson via interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning activities.
Periodically review, update and analyze training materials and recommend changes.
Participate in a blended workforce of Government and Contract personnel in the conduct of all in-residence EW courses at Fort Gordon or other locations designated by the COR.
Assist the Cyber School Training and Education Directorate (CTED) Team in developing all related training material and training products for Cyber School curriculum.
Stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time while delivering training.
Maintain established classroom security requirements and procedures.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
At contract start date possess a Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility and maintain the required security clearance throughout the life of the contract.
CEMA / SIGINT (SME)
Graduate of the 290A WOAC, 170B WOAC, or 352S WOAC.
Two (2) years' of operational military EW experience at the brigade-level equivalent or higher, military experience with a CEMA and / or Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) background.
Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Instructor : (Journeyman)
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, telecommunications engineering, physics, or a closely related field from an accredited program of study.
One (1) year technical experience or operational background in Telecommunications, Electrical, and its sub set, Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering.
Strong background in mathematics
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Predominantly Sedentary work. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Requires the ability to walk short distances.
Exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and / or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and / or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as : preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
