ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
LNO is a rapidly growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing a broad spectrum of services to federal government and commercial customers.
DESCRIPTION
- Foster a mentality of aggressive self-development in Cyber School students (e.g. 17 Series MOS),
- Delivery of approved instruction to students for each lesson via interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning activities.
- Periodically review, update and analyze training materials and recommend changes.
- Participate in a blended workforce of Government and Contract personnel in the conduct of all in-residence EW courses at Fort Gordon or other locations designated by the COR.
- Assist the Cyber School Training and Education Directorate (CTED) Team in developing all related training material and training products for Cyber School curriculum.
- Stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time while delivering training.
- Maintain established classroom security requirements and procedures.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- At contract start date possess a Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility and maintain the required security clearance throughout the life of the contract.
- Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Instructor: (Journeyman)
- Bachelor degree in a STEM field (i.e., physics, math, engineering, etc.) from an accredited program of study.
- Strong background in mathematics.
- One (1) year technical experience or operational background in Telecommunications, Electrical, and its sub set, Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering.
- Possess advanced writing skills (e.g. tailoring content and delivery for different audiences using Bloom's Taxonomy).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Predominantly Sedentary work. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Requires the ability to walk short distances.
- Exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
