Instructor Support for the 17E Advanced Individual Training (AIT)
The Basic Electronics Training (BET) Instructor (SME and Journeyman)
- At contract start date possess a Secret Security Clearance and maintain the required security clearance throughout the life of the contract.
- This hands-on course is built on the foundation of the Electronics for Electricians course and is intended for electricians and technicians who install, repair or troubleshoot electronic Students will learn systematic troubleshooting and knowledge of various types of electronic circuits combined with a systematic troubleshooting approach. Instructors shall track and facilitate students’ completion of BEMT/BET, all course list modules: 0, 1, 2, etc. This training is self-paced, however, during this effort instructors/facilitators shall keep student on the historical times for each Module, Lessons, Practical Exercises and Assessments. The instructors/facilitators will adhere to all safety cautions and warnings associated with the use of the BEMT/BET equipment and its use along with knowledge of various types of electronic circuits. Fundamentals of electronics and fundamentals of radio frequency communications shall include:
