Work with inventory management.
Order service parts for inventory.
Identify and quote replacement parts.
Enter sales orders to ship parts.
Generate packing list and commercial invoices to ship parts.
File service department paperwork.
Order entry for foreign and domestic purchase orders.
Send customer electrical prints and manuals.
Receive emails and phone calls from customers.
Log warranty data into a controlled spreadsheet.
Assist with scheduling service technicians.
