Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement quality control procedures and policies.
- Conduct routine audits and assess the effectiveness of quality control measures.
- Oversee and verify the performance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Serve as the internal auditor for the ISO 9001 system.
- Oversee and verify the performance of the ISO 14001 Environmental System.
- Serve as the internal auditor for the ISO 14001 system.
- Develop and manage the annual audit schedule, conducting internal audits as needed.
- Issue, track, and verify the completion of all internal Corrective Actions.
- Identify quality issues and provide corrective solutions.
- Manage the disposition of nonconforming materials to resolve detected discrepancies.
- Establish and maintain documentation and control procedures.
- Monitor performance through the collection and analysis of relevant data.
- Coordinate the calibration schedule for equipment.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and quality control standards.
- Administer the company Health and Safety program.
