About Us: Load Runner Trailers is a Florida-based trailer dealership that sells utility trailers primarily used by contractors, landscapers and individuals for personal use. We have five locations across the state and are planning for our next phase of growth.
Our company is in a period of transformation, modernizing our organization across all facets as we evolve from a small to a medium-sized business. We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the evolution of our marketing activities through this period of change and beyond.
This position reports to the President of the company and will be deeply integrated into the company’s decision making. The work environment is more like a startup than anything else. We’re profitable, we’ve got growth on the horizon, but we’re small and we still need people to get their hands dirty to get things done. We hope to find someone that is energized by building a realizing a vision and thrives in an unstructured role. Experimentation and fresh thinking are highly encouraged.
Position Overview: The Director of Marketing will lead our company’s marketing activities. The immediate priority is to organize our digital marketing… managing our website, SEM activities, customer engagement and supporting technology and process upgrades that enable this. The next step is in a complete brand redesign and then a brand marketing strategy… social media, guerilla tactics, events, etc. We need someone that can tie all the pieces together.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead up the company’s marketing efforts including setting the strategies and priorities and ensuring the execution is on point.
- Overseeing our website and all digital marketing efforts.
- Manage and optimize lead generation and SEM campaigns.
- Partner in the selection and implementation of new technology that enables our marketing & sales activities.
- Leading a brand redesign and then building that brand.
Qualifications:

- Technical knowledge. Able to build, assess and troubleshoot a variety of marketing efforts

- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a huge plus as well as deep cultural understanding of the Florida Hispanic community.
