Flooring Installer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our team. . As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing flooring materials in trailer manufacturing settings. Your expertise will be essential to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install a variety of flooring materials including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet according to specifications.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine layout and installation requirements.
• Prepare surfaces for flooring installation
• Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete installations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
• Communicate with clients regarding project progress, timelines, and any potential issues that may arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Flooring Installer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of fixture installation techniques and carpentry skills.
• Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to flooring installation.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy materials.

Flooring Installer generally works from 6am-3pm M-Thurs and 6am- 12pm on Friday. When working overtime, you can expect to work from 6am-4pm M-Thurs, 6am-3pm Friday, and 6am-12pm Saturday.
