Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Rework to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control processes, possess excellent attention to detail, and ensure that products meet industry standards.
Duties:
- Performs Visual Inspection of parts and trailers
- Checks work order accuracy
- Correct cosmetic deficiencies such as paint touch-up
- Re-fabricates mistakes that occurred during production
- Other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in a quality control role
- Familiarity with soldering, mechanical knowledge, hand tools, schematics, PCBs, power tools, surface mount technology, logic controllers, assembly, and electrical systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
