Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Tech to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and specifications. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our production processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through rigorous quality assurance practices.
QC Tech Responsibilities:
- Performs 100% Visual Inspection of parts and trailers
- Inspects aspects such as part placement, paint quality, and bolt torque
- Checks work order accuracy
- Reports to Supervisor about any quality deficiencies in final product
- Reports mistakes and tracks the Daily Information
- Maintain accurate records in a data entry system
- Report the outcome of each part and/or trailer inspected
- Performs project specific inspection
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience with Visual Inspection in a Manufacturing Environment
- Proficient in the use of Inspection Tools and Measuring Equipment such as
Tape Measure and speed square
- Ability to multi-task in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to Work well in a Team oriented environment or individually
The Quality Control Technician generally works from 6am-3pm M-Thurs and 6am- 12pm on Friday. When working overtime, you can expect to work from 6am-4pm M-Thurs, 6am-3pm Friday, and 6am-12pm Saturday.
