Mover/Packer-Part Time

LoadMasterz is a local, veteran owned moving company located in Wentzville. We do both local and long distance moving. The majority of our moves in the local area; St. Charles, Lincoln, St. Louis, Jefferson, Warren Counties area and occasionally Columbia. We can move as little as a single item to the whole house from across the street to across the country. Your basic moving company, but here is how we are different:

• We pride ourselves on customer service. We answer the phone, say yes sir, yes ma’am, respect peoples weird rules in their houses. If you can’t respect our customers and follow proper procedures, WERE NOT FOR YOU.
• Industry leading technology. Be able to use a smart phone, tablet, type, etc. Most work is off of the tablet (very little but need to be able to)
• Work when you want. For our part time movers, we post our shifts on a scheduling app. First come first serve on jobs. The post will have pay, hours, number of people and city. We meet in Wentzville unless you prefer to drive yourself. Our average daily pay after tips is around $240-$255. Next day pay or weekly pay.
• Be prepared to work 10 hours at times. We pay by the day, so rarely do movers take all day. You get done in 5 hours, you still get paid for the 10 hour day.

Requirements:

• Pass a criminal background check. No violent crimes, sexual crimes, thefts.
• Pass a drug test. (Don’t care if you smoke weed, just don’t be high and don’t smell like it on my job site)
• Have a great attitude. We are all doing the same job, lifting the same heavy items, in the same hot heat. We already know. Don’t be that guy.
• Follow our processes and be willing to learn our ways. Don’t cut corners.
• Be willing to lift heavy items and bend. (Moving houses, so house stuff; fridge, couches, etc)
• Work as part of a team

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
