What are the responsibilities and job description for the Underwriting Expert for Inland Marine position at Loadsure?
We are looking for an Underwriting Expert for Inland Marine to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on inland marine insurance policies to our customers, with a focus on building and managing a book of business for Loadsure's Inland Marine products in the US.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and providing clearance on high-value shipment referrals within your partners and territory, ensuring timely and accurate data entry in the Loadsure portal, and maintaining your book of business by providing timely renewals to brokers and assureds.
You will also be responsible for liaising with claims, finance, compliance, and engineering teams on matters affecting or relating to accounts within the portfolio, and helping to maintain team standards through supporting other team members in achieving their service/quality levels and targets as required.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, and excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
