Loadsure is a dynamic and innovative company that's changing the face of cargo insurance. We're looking for a talented Cargo Insurance Expert to join our team. As an Underwriter (Inland Marine), you'll play a critical role in providing underwriting expertise and first-class service to our customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to build and manage a portfolio of inland marine products in the US, using your knowledge of ocean and inland marine to make informed decisions. You'll also be responsible for sourcing submissions from assigned trading partners, growing the broker source usage based business, and reviewing and clearing high-value shipment referrals.
To excel in this role, you'll need strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
