What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Manager position at Loan Express?
Primarily responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures. Ensures branch profitability and provides sound leadership for branch duties and responsibilities. Plans, implements, and manages continuous improvement and development of branch personnel while supporting company goals, mission and vision.
Responsible for the staffing of the branch, including recruiting/identifying talent, interviewing and selecting the branch team.
Special emphasis on developing and promoting Assistant Manager. * Provides guidance and direction to branch staff positions to ensure compliance of regulatory policies and procedures. * General understanding of financial statements and concepts. * Provides appropriate training, direction, and motivation to staff resolving escalated customer issues and coaching staff for performance. * Evaluate job performance of employees and administers appraisal report * Responsible and accountable for branch performance measurements and reporting. Provides support, guidance and training to employees. * Provides support for the company’s revenue goals and promotes goodwill in the local community. * Handles most difficult phone calls and collection issues and assist the staff with resolving problem accounts. * Responsible for retaining and deepening branch relationship with existing customers as well as for acquiring desirable new customers. * Develop the skills and confidence required of high performing team and profitably grow the business through ensuring enduring customer relationships. * Ensures proper orientation and onboarding of new employees.
